Clean TeQ Water Awarded FEED Package for ATA® Tailings Dewatering Plant

Clean TeQ Water has been appointed by a mining client to deliver the Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) for a standalone ATA® tailings dewatering plant.
The FEED forms a core component of the client’s feasibility program supporting a proposed expansion of their operations. The ATA® plant is intended to unlock additional production capacity by producing low-moisture, free-draining tailings suitable for immediate dry stacking.
Extensive bench and pilot testwork undertaken by Clean TeQ Water has demonstrated that ATA®-treated solids meet the moisture and geotechnical requirements for dry stacking using vacuum belt filtration alone, without the need for higher-cost pressure filtration.
Advancing ATA® into FEED brings it into scope as a dry-stack tailings option for the client’s expansion planning, supporting higher water recovery and deposition rates at commercial scale.
