The customer is a national designated salt production enterprise in China, with salt production capacity of 1.2 million tons/year and multi-species salts capacity of 50,000 tons/year. The customer further started construction of a 150,000 tons/year capacity double glyphosate production in February 2010, with a total investment of 1.5 billion RMB. The turnover exceeds 2 billion yuan. The wastewater to the EVAPX® unit originates from the pesticide production process. The EVAPX® unit crystallises a solid salt product and creates a distillate which can be reused in the plant.
